Even a bad cup of coffee will make you ask for another coffee. As bitter is your coffee as better it makes you feel! A cup of coffee is what kicks in your brain to function during mornings and hectic days, it is what keeps you awake to get through your day.

As to your unswerving commitment to your cup of coffee is, be unswervingly committed to harness your potential to success.

Build a synergetic team, the team of “you” vying your commitment to your cup of coffee to your commitment to rising up even during failures and frustration to reach to the top of your sunlit door of success. 

The hopes harvested inside of you no matter how bad your days are being is what will make you strongly go on with your day. So! live life today like there is no tomorrow.

Remember, way too much mess that you are going through right now! But! If it weren’t for the mess you would not have an identifiable goal set to reach nor you would have the person in you today. 

Your success as an individual is predicated on suffering with today’s obstacles and bumps than being senseless by waiting for things to magically happen on its own.

Be committed to life and your own-being as bitter as it gets, as to your commitment to your daily dose of your cup of coffee. Look at it this way, the bitterness in a coffee can be changed to doing a new one so as life one day is a happy day next day is a rough day because nothing stays as it is it keeps rotating and flipping over continuously and randomly.

Be Goal Oriented

Expect the unexpected, believe what seems hard to believe. Here, where you should start walking towards your goals. A goal without belief will make you simply walk in a dimmed never ending road. What you feel and think deep inside is what attracts different scenarios towards you. How you interpret things before and after it happens is what attracts the positivity and negativity in your life.

List down your objectives, your goals and be certain it will all come to reality if you believe so. Cut down the rope that holds you from following your desired dreams and simply walk it through. Lights might be dimmed today for you and you might have been walking in a closed dimmed path.

But hey! Guess what?

There are many ways to lit a bit of light in order to walk in a brighter path. Keep going if you have stopped keep walking there is always another path to take to avoid dead end or a closed road.

Therefore, be optimistic in life, believe in yourself and believe that you can do it! Imagine yourself achieving your dream. In short, be goal oriented.

No objectives, no goals, no belief, no expectations then why do you dream? Why do you keep telling a story of things you want to achieve in life but in reality you are not truly working on achieving it? It seems like you are dreaming just to have a dream to tell that is evaporated once you are done dreaming.

Have objectives, have belief, be goal oriented, have expectations and dream yes dream! And dream big! Because one day your dream will turn to reality and next you will find yourself having another dream. 

So! Why not? You deserve don’t you?

Unfortunately, it has been said nowadays managers are not leaders. Instead, they are the true meaning of bossiness. Very rare nowadays to find a manager with leadership qualities to effectively lead employees and create an auspicious work environment.

Do you agree? 

Managers have started to interpret their position to what I say is what you should do! You do the work I will take the credit! Managers started to take things in a personal level instead of taking things professionally. 

Is this what so call a true manager?

A manager is a leader able to lead employees in an efficient manner, a manager is an interlocutor has the ability to communicate with employees professionally, has the ability to award employees and encourage them to do better. A manager is boasted to show off on their employees work to others. In addition to that, a manager is knowledgeable and someone to rely on when needed without hesitation. 

It is unfortunate to see managers duped on their current position by tittle instead of true managerial qualities instilled in them.

Life Phases are Turnable

Life situations are unstable, each second passes by is like a surprise box! You never know what is awaiting to happen next. However, you do not need to get busy thinking “oh! Next second what is going to happen?”. Take it easy and rest assured that life pages or let us call it a phase that you go through can be tossed and turned there is what we call it “starting a new page”.


True! You cannot delete the past. But! Good news is you can change and turn the page to a new page to start clean. A new page always fades old pages, take it this way, having a page written on it things you do not agree or more precise you are not convinced on what is written, thus you decide to toss the page taking out a new page in order to start over.


Now! You are convinced with what is written so you decide to keep it. Also, it happens occasionally while reading a book the further you get while turning pages the more excited you get towards the ending.


This is how life can be interpreted in one way or another, you do not like this phase you are going through then work on changing this phase to a better one, remember each situation is just a phase nothing stays as it is .. so be patient!

Decision over thinking ..

Life is tough when coming to making decisions, mindset is busy with lots of voices pointing you to another direction, busy thinking and thinking over and over again till we reach to a level of overthinking.

The question is what do we tend to do in this situation?

Everyone has their own way to take decisions, though I will point to sit back and do not make a decision just yet. In fact, the decision you would make with a busy mindset would be a wrongful and regretful decision that will impact you in the long-term.

Therefore, assure to have a clear mind, close your eyes, take a deep deep deep breath and meditate, go for a walk, do something you like, break your diet and eat what you enjoy. Let the day pass by without loud voices competing against your decision making. Next day have a pen and paper list down your pros and cons to decide!

Still can’t decide? Then wait and take your time you can always pause.

Ready? Decide! But be aware now after making your final decision you should be ready to accept all consequences you will pass by no regret can be made!

Steps to Self-Care

Upmost would define self-care as beauty, hygiene etc. in this context the main focus of self-care is based on feeding your inner-self with positive vibes, removing toxic people from your life schedule, and giving yourself the opportunity to free your mindset in order to refresh your soul. Having said that, being able to achieve a better care to yourself it will initiate in enhancing the effort you put in reaching and achieving your goals also it will enhance the way you care for others.

Self-care has four dimensions your physical, emotional, social and spiritual. Being able to balance all four dimensions at once will indeed boost your inner-self and outer-self. In other words, whatever you feed your inner-self with it will have a significant reflection on your outer image and behavior to yourself and to others.

Let us see what steps can we take in each self-care dimension:

Physical – Assure to have enough sleep and rest, eat healthy, go for a walk and/or exercise and do yoga. In general, practice activities that would have a significant impact to your health and well-being. 

Emotional – Manage your stress by not stressing on everything that are rather simple, be kind to yourself and others, learn to forgive and heal yourself from the past live today as it is and prepare for tomorrow since today’s actions would have an impact on your tomorrow. 

Social – Surround yourself with people with positive vibes, if you need help seek for help from the right people, entertain yourself by surfing the internet on positive news, funny videos and/or quotes, and motivational stories. 

Spiritual – Always allow yourself to have time alone, meditate from time to time that can be done through yoga as well, have a daily journal to write and express your feelings through it, have faith tomorrow is going to be better, have a sacred space depending on how you would like to define sacred space. 

To be a good parent, brother, sister, friend, partner you need to take care of yourself in order to have the physical and emotional energy to take care of others, provide others the best of you instead of what is left from you. Be sure It is not selfish of you to prioritize your self-care and happiness upon others it is rather necessary to do so.

Fragile As an Egg …

Be versatile and flexible, have gratitude for any situation you are put in as hard as it could hit you be resilience by taking baby steps to healing, we are all humans and humans are characterized and known for being fragile.

Imagine taking an egg throwing it on the floor or hitting it to something as short as the distance might seem it will eventually crack completely. However, taking an egg adding it to a water and allowing it to boil it will end up being so hard it will crack from the outside but not from the inside.

Now take it this way, every situation you have faced, still facing, and will face in future assure it will make you a stronger person than you used to be, as fragile as you get like an egg before it has been boiled in water easily cracked and completely cracked, living the situation living the moment of horrendous feelings can easily break you. But, imagine yourself like an egg in water the more it boils the harder it gets the more you experience those feelings the stronger you get, you will be cracked from the outside the tears and faded expression but from the inside with time it will be very hard to break you under one condition though, taking your time to healing before throwing everything behind your back.

In fact, if you decided to move forward without healing with time it will hit you back and break you even more than it would have on spot, it will continuously flashback causing you pain and despair. Once you adapt to the situation and heal you will be able to move forward any future flashbacks will make you feel a bit upset but it will not cause you as much pain as it did earlier.

So …

Be as hard as a boiling egg, do not be fragile as a raw egg. png.signature
